TGC Consulting is a detailing company started in 1993 and has completed many projects within the steel industry. 

We pride ourselves in being well organized and knowledgeable in the interpretation and intent that structural engineering firms and/or architectural companies are conveying on their drawings. Our Quality and Management Systems are in compliance with ISO 9001.

More than just drawings… We manage the flow of information and supply the technical package of steel drawings required to fabricate and erect your steel projects. 

We are a team of technicians challenging and finding ways to leverage the continuously changing landscape of technology transfer.

We are located in the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada, approximately 60 miles north of the US/Canada border. 

We provide services throughout North America as it is common practice for drawings to be sent electronically in either .pdf or .dwg format. We share information, have remote office sites, communicate by the latest internet technology tools, and create drawings using the latest software (AutoCAD, Tekla (X-Steel), and Graitec Advance).

We are members of the Canadian Construction Association, the American Institute of Steel Construction, the British Columbia Construction Association, and the Southern Interior Construction Association.

TGC has provided fabrication and erection drawings for various types of steel projects. 
• Miscellaneous projects up to 500 tons.
• Structural steel from 50 to 800 tons.
