Quality Policy General TGC Consulting has developed and introduced a quality management system to become
a technical support company that will satisfy the demands of our customers and
to improve all our activities towards a quality culture. The quality management
system meets the international standard ISO 9001 : 1994. It is the responsibility of each Manager to ensure that the requirements of the Manual
are executed and implemented correctly in all areas that are related to quality. In addition, the Manual will present our quality system to customers and suppliers
and inform them of the specific controls that we have implemented to assure the
quality of our products. It is everyone's responsibility to ensure that quality is maintained in our daily
activities. Aims of the Quality Policy TGC's strength is its flexibility to adjust to meet the client's demands and find new ways to improve our product. Our goal is to achieve no complaints from the customer and receive no complaints against our product. We want to produce a quality product to the Customer's specifications. The quality requirements of products are controlled so that price, product specifications,
and on-time deliveries can be maintained. To reach these goals, procedures and instructions are defined. Each company
employee is responsible for the quality of his or her work. A major part of our activities is to ensure continual compliance with the ISO 9001
